Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What is included in my ticket price?

A: Prices include your seat on the pedal tour, first drink at the opening venue, as well as appetizers at the other venues. (See Pricing Page for details.)

Q: How old do you have to be to book a tour?

A: All passengers must be 19 years or older to go on the tour. Since we are going to multiple establishments with age restrictions, you will be required to provide two pieces of ID to prove that you are of legal drinking age.

Q: Is alcohol provided on the bike? Can we bring our own booze?

A: Unfortunately not. The liquor laws in British Columbia prohibit open liquor on board sightseeing vehicles. However, we stop at multiple locations on the tour where you can quench your thirst!

Q: How many people do we need to book a tour?

A: Our bike seats 16 passengers. You can purchase individual public tour seats for one or more people (subject to availability). For public tours we require at least 6 passengers to be booked in 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour. If that threshold is not met, we will contact you about rescheduling to a different time slot. Otherwise a refund will be processed.

If you have a group of 14 or more, we recommend booking a private tour.

Q: How far in advance do we need to book?

A: We recommend booking at least 3 days out. This gives us time to make reservations at our partnering pubs on the tour so they can accommodate the amount of passengers booked in. However, you may need to book further in advance for certain time slots such as weekends to ensure availability.

NOTE: If you are booking for a special occasion, then we recommend reserving as far as possible in advance in order to avoid disappointment.

Online bookings can be made up to 48 hours prior to the tour. If a time slot has no online bookings at that time, you will not be able to book online. Fret not! You can still give us a call if you want to book your party last minute! We would just need to contact our partners to see if they can accommodate your party size before we can book you in.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: For a full refund, please provide us with 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled tour. Customers will receive a full refund in the event of Operator Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or the minimum passenger requirement wasn't met.

Q: What should we wear for the tour?

A: We ask that passengers arrive dressed appropriately for being active. Footwear is most important so we can definitely say no high heels or flip-flops. You are pedalling after all! Keep an eye on our local weather forecast in case you need to bring an extra layer.

Q: Will the tour still run if it's raining?

A: Yes. Our bike has a covered roof that will keep you and valuables dry. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel due to safety concerns, but otherwise we will be running through rain, sleet or snow but hopefully sunshine!

Q: Will we need to provide music?

A: You won't need to! Your guide will have plenty of tunes dialed up for your tour and will be happy to take requests. For private tours, we can hook you up to our sound system if you have any special playlists made for your party!
